You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have
momSo today, i thought I would write about something fun..instead of my depression. Last week and the week before, Jonathan's younger brother came to visit us. For the first week that he was here, he got to stay at mine and jonathan's apartment. It was fun to have him here, and I know that Jonathan was happy to see him. But I felt a little bad, cuz we live in a college town and there really isn't a whole lot of fun stuff for a 14-year-old to do around here.
The following week, we went back home to the Schaumburg area so that he could see the rest of his family. Well, they were in Schaumburg, I was in Cary. I had each of my days planned out, and it was great!!
On Monday, I got to hang out with Dani. And it was soooo wonderful to see her! I hadn't seen her in months. We just went to dinner and talked. It was good to talk to someone that makes me want to laugh about the craziness going on in my life.
On Tuesday, Jonathan and I took his brother, Alex, to Chicago. We went to the SEARS tower (I refuse to call it the Willis Tower...blah!). And it was reeeeally cool! I've been there a hundred times, but now they have the ledge...it was so scary! lol. But I sat down on it!
scary, isn't it???? I was like "baby, hurry up and take the picture!!!" lol. and yeah, there's a little boobage...eek!!!! anywayz, then we went and saw the bean!! i love the bean!
isn't it cool?? so yeah, we had a fun day downtown. And then we went back to the suburbs and had dinner with Jonathan's grandparents. I had something poking me in the throat the whole night, so jonathan went down my throat with tweezers, and ended up pulling whatever it was out...something from pizza we had earlier..but it was funny. cuz it was hurting so bad, jonathan's grandpa wanted to take me to the hospital lol. it was definitely an eventful day.
on wednesday, I spent the day with my mom. We went to see Chrys and Madisyn.
Maddy is getting sooo big. And she's absolutely adorable! It was great to see them though, and when Phil got off work, we all went to dinner!
On Thursday, I had a girl's night with my bff's! That was the night I was talking about, where I got a glimpse of the girl I used to be. I was laughing, being goofy, and just being the old Tasha that I used to be. I had soooo much fun!
